GENERAL INFORMATION
AGES AND GROUPS
The Summer Camps are aimed at boys and girls aged 2.5
to 12 years old , organized into mixed age groups.
ACTIVITIES DURING THE CAMPS
The activities are focused on playing and handling the different materials displayed in the spaces within the children's reach. In addition, the guides are in charge of organizing and proposing different workshops designed for the summer, such as water games, cooking workshops, experiments, walks around the environment, etc. In Montessori environments, snacks are always available as a food preparation activity.
Children can choose which fruit to prepare and at what time in the morning to enjoy the snack.
STAFF
During all Summer Camps, our Montessori guides and assistants will accompany all children, promoting language immersion.
CHECKLIST
Children must bring a backpack with

All garments must be marked with the name of each child.

DATES
Camps begin on Monday, June 23, 2025 and end on Friday, July 18, 2025.
There is the option to sign up for the entire period, fortnights, weeks or individual days.
SCHEDULES
✔️ Regular hours: 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
✔️ Extended morning hours: 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
✔️ Extended afternoon hours: 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
✔️ Full schedule: 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
All schedules include materials, school insurance, snacks and lunch (this last option is not available for the morning schedule)

DISCOUNT
A 25% discount will be applied to all fees for families who continue at the center during the 2025-2026 academic year.
ADMISSIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
REGISTRATION PROCESS, ADMISSION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
At Montessori Gran Bilbao , we are committed to offering a safe, enriching environment adapted to the needs of each child. To ensure an optimal experience for everyone, we have established the following admission rules:
1. Registration Process
Registrations will be made through our website at www.montessorigranbilbao.com
- Please first review all the information on our website.
- Next, you must fill out and send the form with all your details. It is essential to complete the registration form with all the required details, since without this form the places will not be reserved.
- Then, choose the weeks you want to participate in and make the payment.
- A few weeks before the start we will send you a reminder email.
Places will be assigned in the order of registration and payment.

2. Admission Requirements
All children must have acquired a certain basic autonomy appropriate to their age (e.g. feeding, mobility).
In the case of children under 3 years of age, their adaptation to group environments will be assessed.
Children with specific educational needs will be accepted, provided that we can guarantee appropriate support. To do so, it is recommended that you inform us at the time of registration.
3. Health and Wellness
Children with fever, symptoms of contagious disease or any condition that may affect the well-being of the group will not be allowed to attend.
It is mandatory to inform about allergies, food intolerances or other special medical needs on the registration form.
It is recommended that children come with sunscreen already applied at home and with all the necessary materials indicated in the checklist.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations communicated within 15 days of payment will be entitled to a 50% refund.
After 15 days, only 30% will be refunded in cases of duly justified force majeure .
